Milan Ambassador Program Terms

Program Participation

These terms apply to applicants accepted into the Milan Candles ambassador program through Shopify Collabs. Submitting an application does not create an ambassador relationship. Participation begins only when Milan Candles communicates acceptance.

Program-Specific Terms

The commission rate, attribution period, rewards, discounts, content requirements, payment timing, and campaign-specific terms are the terms presented in the participant’s accepted Shopify Collabs offer or dashboard. Those specific written terms control if they conflict with this page.

Disclosures and Truthful Content

Every endorsement must clearly and conspicuously disclose the ambassador’s material connection to Milan Candles, including commissions, free products, discounts, or other benefits. The disclosure must appear with the endorsement and be easy to notice and understand. Do not rely solely on a platform disclosure tool. For video content, include the disclosure in the video as well as the caption.

Clear examples include: “I earn a commission from purchases made through this link” and “Gifted by Milan Candles.”

Ambassadors may share only honest opinions and actual experiences. Ambassadors may not make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, or otherwise unsupported claims about Milan Candles, its products, materials, performance, availability, or programs.

Brand Assets

Milan Candles names, trademarks, logos, product images, and other supplied brand materials remain the property of Milan Candles. Ambassadors may use supplied assets only for authorized program activity and may not materially alter them without written permission.

Compliance

Ambassadors must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform rules. Milan Candles may request correction or removal of content that does not comply with these requirements. Participation may be ended in accordance with the participant’s accepted Shopify Collabs offer and applicable law.
