These Terms of Service govern your use of milancandles.com and purchases from Milan Candles LLC (“Milan Candles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Online Store and Eligibility

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Products, Availability, and Orders

Products, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or refund an unavailable item as permitted by law. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts are presented before you submit your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping, Returns, and Damage

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. All sales are final once an order has shipped, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after shipment. Visible transit damage must be reported to info@milancandles.com within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Gift Cards

Purchased Milan gift cards do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or service fees. Gift-card purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. California holders may request cash redemption of a remaining balance under $15. Gift cards may be used only on eligible Milan Candles purchases and may not be used for unlawful purposes.

Candle Safety and Product Use

Follow all product labels and safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep flames away from combustible materials, children, and pets. Stop use if the vessel is damaged or unsafe.

Intellectual Property

The site and its content—including Milan Candles names, marks, imagery, copy, design, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Milan Candles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, image, or other content, it must be truthful, lawful, and based on your genuine experience. You must have the rights needed to submit it, and it must not infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove content as permitted by law and our published policies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; transmit malicious code; scrape or interfere with the site; submit false or misleading information; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may use or link to third-party services. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services except to the extent required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes do not affect rights or obligations that arose before the change where applicable law does not permit that result.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
