Candle Facts and Maintenance

Our candles are made from 100% natural coconut soy blend wax and beeswax. 

Coconut wax  is considered to be one of the healthiest and best types of wax for candles because it does not produce as much soot as other candles wax. It’s also colorless and odorless meaning you get a purer fragrance from your candle.

Beeswax results in cleaner air by releasing negative ions that attach to positive ions such as pollen, dust and toxins that float in the air.

All our candles are hand poured in California, USA

Our candles have a burn time of 50+ hours.

As you burn your candle, you need to continue to trim your wick to avoid black soot and give your candle a longer burn time. 

Your wicks should always be trimmed at least ⅛” before relighting your candle. You can easily trim your wicks with a wick trimmer or scissors.

Your candles should burn for a maximum of four hours at any one time. 

Let your candle fully cool for at least two hours before relighting your candle.

Shipping & Processing

We accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

Domestic orders can take between 1-3 business days depending on your location.

International orders can take up to 10 business days.


Please note, that shipping during holidays and busy times may take longer.

Due to Milan's Mission all sales are final.

If you receive a candle that has been damaged during transit you can email us at info@milancandles.com or complete our contact form .

Please note that you will need to contact us within 24 hours from receiving your candle.

An email will be sent with your order confirmation number at the time of your order. 

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive another email with your tracking number details.

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address that you provided at the time of checkout. 

If you are unable to locate your confirmation email or purchase receipt please contact us by completing our contact form or emailing us at info@milancandles.com .

In order to cancel/modify a purchase, complete our contact form or send us an email at info@milancandles.com with your order number. 

All cancellations or modifications need to be made within 24 hours from your order date.  


Please note, if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order or make any modifications to your order.

Milan Candles will donate 15% of its profits to Milan’s Mission to rehabilitate and support victims of sex trafficking.

Although we try our best to maintain keeping our items in stock,  there are rare occasions when we are out of stock. We are unable to provide you with an exact date when an item will be back in stock.
