A Commitment From the First Public Chapter
Milan was founded on February 2, 2020, and officially debuted on November 11, 2021. Milan’s Mission entered the House’s public identity at that debut, establishing a long view of what Milan intends to contribute beyond its collections.
Readiness. Rescue. Rehabilitation.
The three R framework defines the Mission’s long term vision: preparation before intervention, credible professional expertise for future rescue pathways, and sustained care as survivors rebuild their lives.
READINESS
Education, awareness, prevention, and community preparedness form the first chapter of the vision.

EXPLORE THE 3R STRATEGYREHABILITATION
The vision extends beyond rescue to housing, therapeutic care, education, work support, and sustained care as survivors rebuild their lives.
EXPLORE THE 3R STRATEGYFoundation Before Expansion
Milan’s Mission is in Foundation and Readiness. This phase centers on governance, education, awareness, and the funding structure required for future work. Direct rescue capability and Operation Haven remain future objectives.
SEE CURRENT PROGRESSOperation Haven
Operation Haven is a proposed future facility for survivor rehabilitation through housing, therapeutic care, education, work, faith, and restoration. It is the long term objective of the Mission’s ten year plan, not a facility in operation. Foundation and Readiness is the present phase.
