Dispatch

Orders leave Milan within 72 hours of receipt. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves Milan.

United States

Complimentary shipping is included on United States orders. Any other available services, costs, and estimated transit timing are shown at checkout.

Transit

Estimated transit timing begins after dispatch and depends on the destination and service selected. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you placed your order—or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated—we will contact you with a revised shipment date and the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by law.
